HayahHealth is in a development and pilot stage. Our WhatsApp service is currently used only by invited testers with fictional (mock) clinical content. Please do not send real patient information through this website or our WhatsApp number.

Who we are

HayahHealth (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia) develops Hayah Health AI, software that helps physicians draft clinical documentation for clinician review. Contact: contact@hayahhealth.com.

Information we collect

Website: this site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting service processes standard technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
Contact form: the name, email address, organisation and message you submit. They are sent to our business email so we can reply.
WhatsApp (pilot): if you are an invited tester and message our WhatsApp number, we receive your phone number, your messages and any photos, voice notes or documents you send, plus delivery status information.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and to run and evaluate the pilot.
For WhatsApp testers: to test preparing pre-visit summaries and post-visit messages. Any message sent to a patient is reviewed and approved by a physician first.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

WhatsApp messages wait in our relay for at most 24 hours and are deleted as soon as our system collects them.
WhatsApp pilot content (your messages, photos, voice notes and the pre-visit summaries prepared from them) is deleted automatically 30 days after the related appointment, or 30 days after we receive it if it is not linked to an appointment. Your physician can delete it earlier at any time, and we delete it promptly if you ask.
If you reply STOP, we keep only a record that you asked us to stop, so that we never message you again.
Contact-form enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer you, then deleted.

Your rights and data deletion

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop messaging you. Email contact@hayahhealth.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the phone number or email address concerned. On WhatsApp you can also reply STOP (or إيقاف) at any time. We will confirm when your request has been completed.

Security

We use encrypted connections, verify that WhatsApp messages are genuine, restrict the pilot to approved phone numbers, and limit access to authorised staff.
